The Project Manager will be responsible for interfacing and collaborating between the engineering team and all the stakeholders  to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results.

1.    Coordinate  with the client on specifications, price, delivery date, quality standards, and other conditions based on the client’s requirements, GITAI’s technology roadmap, and assets. 
2.    Define and manage scope, create a work breakdown structure (WBS), and gather requirements.
3.    Work with the engineering and management team in GITAI to create, manage, and track development schedules. 
4.    Plan and estimate costs, and determine budgets. 
5.    Direct and manage all work for the project such as defining requirements, and report progress status of R&D, Testing, and Delivery. 
6.    Participate in team-building and company-growth activities including strategic planning, sales training, customer marketing efforts, and customer care.

Robotics Systems Engineer

The Robotics System Engineer will lead the conceptual study, architectural design, detailed to prototype design, and production of complex robotic systems in a highly novel domain. 
The Robotics System Engineer is required to carry out the Plan-Do-Check-Act Cycle in an agile manner collaborating with a small group of members to design and develop an unprecedented system and product.


Responsibilities

1.    Robot system architecture design

a.    Examine robotic system schematics based on specifications from novel domains. 
b.    Carry out cross-functional development keeping in mind electrical, mechanical, and software constraints. 

2.    Hardware development

a.    Product conceptual / detailed design

3.    Product assembly

a.    Electronic component selection and integration (discussion and collaboration on electrical control perspectives)

Required Qualifications

●    Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
●    5+ years of experience in mechatronics design and product development. 
●    Experience in mechatronics product design from concept to fabrication, including design of robotic system architecture, prototyping, validation, and testing. 
●    Experience in cross-functional development (working on a project with understanding and respect for the electrical, mechanical, and software engineers and promoting collaborations between them). 
●    Advanced CAD user (Solidworks, etc.), including finite element analysis. 
●    Experience with GD&T. 
●    Hands-on skills with mechanical assembly, testing, etc.

Avionics Quality Control Engineer

The Avionics Quality Control Engineer is responsible for the development of performance and reliability evaluation of the robot in cooperation with other teams.

 

Responsibilities

1.    Basic performance evaluation of spacecraft on the ground

a.    Design of performance evaluation tests for integrated robotic systems, focusing on in-house actuators, CPU modules, and power supply boards (white box testing)

b.    Maintenance of EUT, debugging, and logging tools required for performance and load testing

c.    Failure verification, debugging, and reporting in collaboration with mechanical / avionics designers

2.    Reliability evaluation of spacecraft on the ground

a.    Develop appropriate reliability quality criteria through in-depth understanding of the project goals

b.    Preparations for various environmental testing (automated scripts, log data visualization) and lead the tests. Analysis of the problem, identification of the cause, and preparing report documents. 

3.    Safety evaluation (proving that safety review controls have been implemented)

a.    Understand the approaches to ensure safety (mechanical / avionics / software) and lead the implementation of tests and preparation of explanatory documents for customers as the basis for these approaches.

1.   Software Development for Robotic Systems
Conduct research on conventional and the latest technologies to examine software design.
Develop software for integrated robotic systems and conduct tests to evaluate software design. The software includes everything from object and environment recognition using image sensors to motion planning for robotic arm manipulators. Development is conducted by experimenting with actual robots. 

2.   Collaboration with Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Teams
GITAI has a high rate of in-house production, and we conduct everything from mechanical design of robots to the development of electrical circuits in-house. We collaborate with other teams to develop robots with high performance.

Required Qualifications

●   Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science or equivalent robotics related major, or 3+ years of work experience in the robotics field
●   Proficient in writing code in C++ and Python
●   Programming experience on Linux
